Right of withdrawal

Every order can be cancelled within 14 days after delivery date, without motive or penalty.

A cancellation of purchase is only valid written, or by registered post or by e-mail at following address: info@espace-reve.be

The cancellation will only be accepted if the product(s) remain(s) salable, that it (they) has (have) not been used and within its (their) original unopened packaging.

The return of goods will be at the risks and expenses of the customer, except in the case of a not conform product.

The repayment, after deduction of any possible delivery costs, will be insured within 30 days following the reception of the goods in above mentioned state.
